4 The monthly service charge is $10.00 if no discounts apply. Discounts apply to monthly service charge only.
5 The monthly service charge is waived if one or more owners on the account is 24 years of age or younger at the end of each statement cycle. Upon the youngest owner’s 25th birthday, the monthly service charge will be applied on the next statement cycle, unless another discount applies.
6 Service charge applies per statement cycle. If you elect to receive paperless statements your monthly service charge will be reduced by $2.00. In the event your election changes, your service charge will be updated the statement cycle the change takes place.
Debit card transactions must post to your account during the statement cycle to be considered qualifying activity. Because your monthly account activity will likely change, your service charge amount may also vary by statement cycle.
The monthly service will apply if the account goes inactive or dormant. Here’s how these terms are defined: A deposit account is inactive if there are no customer-initiated deposits or withdrawals (excluding electronic transactions) for a period of two years. Generally, a deposit account is considered dormant when there is no customer-initiated activity or contact for a period of three to five years. The specific period and activity are based on unclaimed property laws of the primary owner’s state of record.
