We are proud of the time, energy and compassion our associates dedicate by volunteering for many local non-profit organizations each year.
From sponsoring a basketball scoreboard, to tutoring elementary school students, to raising funds for the United Way or serving as board members on local committees, you’ll find us involved in every aspect of the areas we serve.
These are just some of the many ways we’re active in our community. It’s an honor to work alongside our friends and neighbors.
Supporting our community’s health
Because we believe the health of a community is more than just its financial health, Security National pledged $20,000 toward providing no-cost screenings in the Mercy Health Foundation’s Mobile Mammography program. In its first year, the program screened 905 people and helped detect 12 instances of breast cancer. Early detection is essential to survival, and we’re proud to support an
important health program that serves patients in Clark, Champaign and surrounding counties.
Keeping our senior community strong
Security National donated $25,000 to United Senior Services (USS) as it updates its 125 W. Main St. location in Springfield. The project will ensure USS, which is celebrating 50 years, can provide activities, education, travel and in-home services for many years to come in Springfield and Clark counties.
Encouraging business growth
The Greater Springfield Community Improvement Corporation encourages economic development in the community, which creates jobs and supports a healthy economy. Security has contributed $40,000 to the effort, ensuring businesses will continue to find Clark County an attractive place to invest and
Security National Bank is delighted to be able to say “yes” to the many requests we get for donations, sponsorships, volunteers and other contributions that support our communities. We strongly believe in investing our money locally and doing everything in our power to support the people and groups in our neighborhoods.Make a Request
